We're looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the value of our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs
- Work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote our brand and products
- Assist existing customers in their day-to-day transactions
- Ensure customers understand the full value of our health insurance product
- Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs
- Educate customers on all the benefits they can access
