We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial property, construction, and engineering claims management teams.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance of teams handling commercial property, construction, and engineering claims.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams in charge of processing commercial property, construction, and engineering claims through various channels.
  • Oversee complex claims and ensure effective communication with suppliers, brokers, and corporate customers.
  • Maintain relationships with executive loss adjustors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate operational and financial metrics.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for optimal customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, with expertise in claims performance drivers and measures.
  • Possess leadership skills, including team management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have expertise in claims management, particularly in commercial property, construction, and engineering.
  • Show strategic thinking, with knowledge of process innovation and technology.
  • Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
