Agile Transformation Lead

The Agile Transformation Lead plays a pivotal role in driving digital innovation and empowering businesses to thrive in today's fast-paced market.

In this key position, you will lead high-performing teams in agile methodologies, fostering continuous improvement and exceptional results. Your expertise will be instrumental in removing roadblocks, identifying technical risks, and communicating obstacles for resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging technical and functional knowledge to drive team success
  • Providing transparency and visibility of progress throughout the sprint cycle
  • Facilitating identification and management of interdependencies across teams and projects
  • Collaborating with project and program management to streamline estimates and resource requirements
  • Identifying and mitigating technical and delivery risks
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' practical experience as an Agile Transformation Lead or Scrum Master
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
  • A proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor agile team members
