
Care Services Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified Allied Health Professional to join our team in the North of Tasmania.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support services to young people and their families, including complex case management, assessment, counselling and/or therapy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide developmentally appropriate treatment and interventions.
- Lead and work with a team of clinicians to achieve excellent outcomes for clients.
- An approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registration with the relevant National Board or professional association.
- Current Working with Children Registration and a valid driver's license are also required.
