Job Overview

The role of a Team Leader in a public setting involves providing direction and leadership to staff, supervising and supporting inspection teams, motivating and developing team performance, maintaining workplace health and safety standards, and communicating effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with inspection standards and asset condition reporting.
  • Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent incidents.
  • Relevant qualification or experience in trades such as carpentry, electrical, or plumbing.
  • Class C (minimum) NSW Drivers license for safe transportation of equipment and personnel.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
