Job Role: Human Resources Support Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and self-starting professional to join our team as an HR Support Specialist. You'll play a vital role in providing critical support to the business on human resources policies, processes, and systems.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing workforce trends, identifying strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and supporting management on changes of staff conditions and organizational changes.

You'll also be responsible for creating employment contracts, managing service awards and staff recognition programs, and coordinating new hire orientation day activities.
