We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our employees and helping us achieve our business goals.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our National HR Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and responding to queries
  • Drafting and editing HR-related documents including contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Supporting the implementation of HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees, management, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
