Small Business Banking Specialist

Grow your career with ANZ, a leading business banking provider. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, connecting with passionate business owners across various industries.
To succeed in this role, you will need to develop and maintain a detailed understanding of each business's financial needs and drive growth through acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals. You will work closely with our dedicated Assistant Manager to achieve results-driven goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, ability to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities, and knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles. If you have experience in mid-market banking products, customer relationship management, and deal structuring, we would love to hear from you.
