Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Virtual Sales Team Leader to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of virtual sales representatives to achieve outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales results in a virtual environment, with strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively across various digital platforms and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of virtual sales representatives to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and feedback strategies to drive team performance
  • Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategy and consistent messaging

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales with prior leadership or team coaching experience
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results in a virtual environment
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and virtual engagement platforms
