Job Title: Virtual Sales Lead

This role is designed for an experienced sales professional looking to transition into a leadership position. As the Virtual Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales representatives who work in a fully virtual environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering sales results in a virtual or hybrid environment and possess excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. They should also be able to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging digital engagement techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with prior leadership or team coaching experience highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results in a virtual or hybrid environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a confident, engaging presence across phone and video platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
