">The Opportunity at PACCAR
">Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, the Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with Hiring Managers to support the organisation's people requirements by implementing and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process of the hourly labour force and provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
">About The Role Responsibilities

- Managing candidate and recruitment data in PACCAR's applicant tracking systems and related databases">
- Liaising with recruitment agencies in scheduling interviews, current vacancies, driving and tracking team process compliance and talent pooling">
- Assist with interviews as required">
- Manage PACCAR's Referral program">
- Deliver an engaging candidate experience">
- Develop effective and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders">
