The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader. This role will focus on supporting the organisation's people requirements by implementing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our hourly labour force. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing candidate and recruitment data in our applicant tracking systems and databases;
  • Liaising with external recruitment agencies to schedule interviews and ensure compliance with our talent pooling processes;
  • Providing administrative support to our recruitment team as required;
  • Assisting with interviews as needed;
  • Overseeing PACCAR's Referral program;
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience;
  • Developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

  • A detail-oriented administrator with excellent organisational skills;
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Highly organised with strong time management abilities;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service;
  • An IT savvy individual with proficiency in Excel, V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, and experience working with applicant tracking systems.
