We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers across all distribution functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing on-time deliveries across all brands
  • Supporting stores with any delivery and receiving issues
  • Maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across transport and stores
  • Providing KPI reporting to the Supply Chain team and business

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in logistics or a related field
  • A sound understanding of store delivery operations
  • Proficient computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables etc.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in DC operating procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (D365, Retek, WITPOS, MPOS) and road freight logistics preferable
