**Job Overview:**

This role involves coordinating service delivery activities, managing stock levels, coordinating imports, and overseeing domestic logistics operations. The role acts as a primary point of contact for customers regarding operations and order execution matters.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the movement of stock to ensure efficient supply chain management and product availability.

- Manage import processes from international markets, including preparing necessary documentation and liaising with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

- Ensure POD process aligns with business objectives.

- Coordinate warehouse dispatch activities to ensure high service levels and data accuracy.

- Receive, process, arrange and confirm domestic delivery orders received from the Trading team.

- Liaise with logistics suppliers (warehouses, transport companies etc) to meet pick-up, delivery and loading deadlines for all domestic deliveries.

- Provide support to management, traders and finance teams on document, delivery, invoice or other matters relating to business.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, logistics or customer service roles.

- Proven experience in stock management and supply chain coordination, with a focus on imports.

- Strong understanding of import logistics, customs regulations, documentation and clearance procedures.

- Exceptional communication skills, building strong relationships with clients.

- Proficient in MS Office and intermediate Excel skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Can-do attitude with strong organisational skills.
