Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our logistics team as a coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and customer communications.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a logistics or transportation role, preferably with a focus on coordination and customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in technology, including software applications and hardware devices.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to drive manual vehicles.
