Senior Grid Connection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our grid connection initiatives, focusing on power systems modeling studies and analysis for new solar farm, wind farm, BESS, and hybrid generator connections throughout Australia.
The successful candidate will be the leader of the power systems modeling team, accountable for project sales and delivery. They should have a deep understanding of common technical errors in generator studies and apply this knowledge to review work completed by the team.
Broad knowledge about the design and operation of systems outside their specialty is required, including primary, control, and protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the power systems modeling team and oversee project sales and delivery.
- Conduct internal reviews of work completed by the power systems modeling team.
- Apply broad knowledge of system design and operation beyond their specialty area.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree (BEng) with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional technical knowledge, ingenuity, and creativity as evidenced in previous generator grid connection projects.
