Guest Experience Champion

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across the hotel. As a leader, you will set the standard for the Front Office team and drive results-oriented performance in line with AccorHotels regional targets.

You will embody the qualities of a proactive and resourceful professional, taking initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving loyalty sign ups in line with AccorHotels regional targets
  • Leading by example when attending to guest requests
  • Providing guidance and supporting training to the team
  • Actively resolving guest complaints and challenges
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out of guests
  • Collaborating with other areas of the hotel during peak times

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel and uphold Accor and Heartist values & Pullman brand standards.
