Job Title: Venue Operations and Revenue Growth Manager

The Venue Operations and Revenue Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational requirements of conference & event venues, as well as food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates effective communication channels between departments to ensure seamless service delivery and foster strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.
  • Led by example, motivates, empowers team members to excel in their roles, ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow revenue streams across all food and beverage departments, focusing on key performance indicators such as spend per cover and capture rates.
  • Ensures control systems for stock management, inventory, requisitioning, and expenditure are in place to optimize efficiency.
Goals and Objectives
  • Foster a high-performing team culture that drives engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop strategic menu positioning and costing initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data, including departmental P&L statements, to inform business growth strategies.
