- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand client base, build strong relationships with key accounts, oversee day-to-day operations of conference & events & groups department, and ensure hotel meets revenue and occupancy targets.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop, execute, and analyze strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and events.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Performance Management: Manage sales budget, forecast future sales, and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Industry Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs and expectations.
