The Position

As a Venue Manager's right-hand person, you will oversee daily operations across the bar, bistro, and gaming areas. You will lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to service standards. You will manage rostering, inventory, and ordering while ensuring compliance with RSA, WHS, and licensing requirements. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to achieve key performance indicators and drive growth.

Requirements for the Role

  • Previous experience in a management or 2IC role in hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid knowledge of FOH & BOH operational systems
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on service and guest satisfaction
  • Current NSW RSA and RCG certifications
