The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. As a key member of the Commercial Finance Team, you will be responsible for business partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to drive insights that improve business performance and go-to-market strategies.

Key Accountabilities
  • Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to influence business performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement commercial analysis that provides actionable insights to inform market decisions.
  • Deliver core financial outcomes while optimizing revenue and trade spend outcomes.
  • Proactively manage and identify opportunities to minimize risk and improve financial performance.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis cycle, working closely with customer teams to drive business results.
  • Review and implement opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and reporting to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • FMCG experience, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • CA or CPA qualification, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Ambition and a drive to succeed, with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
