About the Role:

The Account Manager Ad Sales will be responsible for managing top-tier clients under the guidance of a Group Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client portfolios and achieving revenue and share targets
  • Meeting with clients and agencies to present opportunities
  • Working towards set budgets and revenue targets
  • Negotiating deals and responding to client briefs
  • Collaborating with broadcast, digital, and integration teams for holistic solutions
  • Developing and selling premium sponsorship opportunities with the Paramount Brand Studios team
  • Prospecting new business opportunities to deliver on revenue targets and share
  • Building strong relationships with clients and agencies
  • Embracing new sales initiatives and improvements
  • Managing an Account Executive

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B Media sales or Account Management
  • Proactive and service-driven attitude
  • Strong Account Management skills and ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Ability to develop business plans and execute strategic priorities to grow revenue and share
  • Autonomy to work on key projects and opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of detail, flexibility, time management, and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability and meeting deadlines

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
