About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Sales Representative to join our team in the Toowoomba region. As a key member of our Trade Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with assigned customers to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means.
  • Grow sales by identifying new product and market opportunities and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Liaise with the operations team to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare project quotations and sales proposals that meet customer needs and drive sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry.
  • Honesty, self-motivation, and a passion for success in sales.
  • Ability to be on the road, manage appointments, and remain productive.
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
About You

As a Trade Sales Representative, you will have a strong desire to succeed in sales and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. You will be self-motivated, honest, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
