Job Title: Service & Warranty Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing service requests and warranty claims from customers.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills to deliver quality service and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and organise service requests and warranty claims
  • Provide administrative support to the Service and Warranty Inspectors
  • Email inbox management
  • Respond to inbound calls regarding service requests and resolve issues professionally
  • Review and approve supplier/trade invoices in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate empathy, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication

The Ideal Candidate:
