Transforming the Electronics Industry with Innovative Strategies

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Growth Strategist to drive growth initiatives in assigned regions. With a legacy spanning over a century, we have set benchmarks for excellence and sustainability.

Our comprehensive solutions cover the entire electronics supply chain, empowering businesses to thrive. This role is key to collaborating with global partners and regional leaders to identify and execute business growth strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies in support of financial and share gain targets, working closely with global product management and regional commercial teams.
  • Liaise between regional leadership and BU LoB leaders to ensure customers receive necessary products and personnel have selling skills and tools.
  • Create, execute, and monitor regional initiatives to achieve defined objectives, including setting KPIs and prioritizing initiatives linked to BTSOs and core business strategies.
  • Execute global strategic plans with specified regional tactics, bridging multiple functions to simplify processes and get results.
  • Collaborate with marketing communications partners to develop an annual communications plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in material science, chemistry, or related discipline. MBA is a plus.
  • Six to ten years' experience in related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global organization.

Necessary Competencies

  • Familiarity with electronics assembly industry processes (e.g., PCBA/SMT).
  • 5+ years' product and marketing management experience, ideally working with PCB assembling materials.
  • Possess well-developed communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to address inquiries and resolve problems using appropriate resources.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision.
