Proactive Health Strategist

We are seeking a Proactive Health Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing proactive health strategies to assist employees in returning to work.
About the Role- You will provide expert advice and assistance to operational personnel and management on injury, health, and medical matters.
- Promote and facilitate early return-to-work initiatives for employees on health management plans and workers' compensation.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and plans for workplace injuries.
- Able to develop innovative solutions to prevent workplace injuries.
- Previous experience in workplace rehabilitation and injury management is essential.
- Familiarity with relevant medical terminology and processes.
- An effective communicator who can liaise across multiple levels of the business and medical providers.
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
