Regional Marketing Executive

The role of a regional marketing executive is to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth, customer engagement, and revenue expansion. This position requires a strong understanding of the global electronics industry, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

This exciting opportunity will challenge you to think creatively and innovate solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers and businesses. You will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, product management, and commercial teams to achieve defined objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with global product management and regional commercial teams to drive strategy development and execution.
  • Work with BU leaders and their global product management teams to ensure customers have the products they need.
  • Create and execute regional initiatives to achieve defined objectives.
  • Execute the global strategic plan with specified regional tactics.
  • Develop and deploy an annual communications plan with Marketing Communications partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in material science or related discipline.
  • Six to ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global organization.

Essential Competencies:

  • Familiarity with electronics assembly industry or processes involved.
  • 5+ years' product and marketing management experience, ideally working with PCB assembling materials.
  • Possess well-developed communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
