About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Experience Executive to join our team in Canberra on a permanent part-time basis. As an Experience Executive, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and maintaining our reputation as a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing front of house cover and overseeing reception
  • Greeting our people and escorting visitors upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering incoming calls and direct phone traffic to the appropriate person
  • Coordinating with couriers on deliveries
  • Assisting with travel bookings as required
  • Logging building and maintenance issues and escalating as needed
  • Assisting with new starter setup
  • Contributing to the organisation and roll-out of events
  • Coordinating meetings and room requests and ensuring the presentation of meetings rooms is at the highest standard
  • Ensuring the office is well supplied and stocked within budget including consumables
