Job Title:

A Software Implementation Specialist is required to provide a range of services in software implementation, development and support. This role will be responsible for providing customer-facing solutions that cover all aspects of the Software Development Life-Cycle framework.

The ideal candidate will have experience in development technologies, with prior experience in implementing software solutions. They must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and have excellent problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will work closely with high-profile organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand, providing them with expert advice on how to implement and maintain software systems. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, as well as training users on new software applications.
