Veterinary Software Implementation Expert

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to take on the challenging and rewarding role of an Implementation Specialist.
This position will involve working with veterinary clinics to deliver new installations, data conversions, configurations, and training. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to build strong relationships with our clients.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering new clinic installations, including software installation, data conversion, configuration, and training;
- Implementing and managing projects for new 'sites,' including scoping out delivery timelines and providing assistance during 'Go Live' phases;
- Ensuring customer success through effective consultation, escalation, and troubleshooting of issues;
- Tailoring training to customer requirements through webinars, workshops, and online content;
- Delivering product demonstrations to highlight functionality to new and existing customers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Demonstrated experience within the veterinary industry, including understanding daily operations in clinics and the needs of our clients;
- Previous experience using veterinary software, such as VisionVPM, RxWorks, or Acsend, and a passion for technology;
- Professional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- A self-motivated and autonomous approach to planning work;
- Experience educating, inspiring, and leading customers through product adoption and change;
- Highly organized time management skills to prioritize customer needs and follow through on tasks;
- Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Technology (although not essential).
