Job Overview

The Product Lead oversees the development, marketing, promotion, and support of products or services. This role requires a strong technical understanding of software and hardware technologies, infrastructure, and cloud services, as well as experience in product management and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Define user personas and customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
  • Develop and maintain product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
  • Review and prioritise product features.
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure product development meets quality standards.
  • Collaborate to ensure product support and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor product performance through key metrics and feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience (optional).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Solid technical understanding of software and hardware technologies, infrastructure, and cloud services.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and manage customer expectations.
