We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with workplace injuries or illnesses to return to work and achieve their goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Managing a caseload of clients and providing individualized support to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
• Conducting assessments and providing services to identify and address the needs of clients.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including employers, insurers, and treating health practitioners, to facilitate a safe and sustainable return to work for clients.
• Providing psychoeducation and training to clients and employers using evidence-based tools and techniques.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Allied health qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling.
• Eligibility for registration with ASORC or RCAA.
• A passion for improving lives through work and health.
• Enthusiasm for professional development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders.
