Exciting Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ITSM/Service Management Specialist to fill a key role in our SIAM project team in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with operational change management as required for SIAM implementation.
  • Identify and manage inter-dependencies with other ICT sourcing program activities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the project team on project planning preparation for SIAM Services.
  • Support coordination and alignment between the transition of replacement and disengagement of current arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, and storage is essential.
  • Experience in all disciplines of Service Management is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS office products is a requirement.
  • ITIL Certification (foundation level or higher) is necessary.

This is a 6-month contract with two extension options available. Flexible working arrangements allow remote work or based in Canberra.
