Senior ICT Service Transition Manager

A highly skilled professional is required to oversee the transition of information and communication technology (ICT) services for a long-term contract with a government agency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an ICT strategy that aligns with the agency's goals and objectives.
- Manage the transition of ICT services to ensure value for money, continuity of services, and implementation of a fit-for-purpose solution.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders and collaborate with business leaders to understand their technology needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Financial management: Level 4 (SFIA) experience in monitoring financial records, calculating costs, and reporting data for analysis.
- Project management: Level 5 (SFIA) ability to take full responsibility for project definition, approach, facilitation, and completion.
- Stakeholder relationship management: Level 5 (SFIA) experience in identifying communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups.
- Australian citizenship is mandatory.
- NV1 Security Clearance is required.
