About the Role

This position is responsible for leading the Acceptance into Service process, engaging with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions of new products/systems/services into operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams and the project management office to prepare for transition into service activities
  • Develop and maintain templates and instructional material to support transition into service activities
  • Engage with stakeholders across the division, including outsourced vendors

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL Service Strategy and Service Design processes
  • Previous experience working with an ITSM Platform
  • Ability to manage a team with experience working within an ITIL framework

About Us

The IT Service Management Section is responsible for Level 1 support as well as management of the Information Technology Service Management Platform through to Level 2 and Level 3 support. We strive to improve the customer experience through reporting, monitoring, vendor relationship management and continual service improvement initiatives.
