Operational Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing vehicle processing, storage, fleet fitment, distribution and delivery. The goal is to provide high-quality service while maintaining a premium brand reputation with OEMs and dealerships.
The successful candidate will be able to manage various tasks, including vehicle receiving, processing and storage, as well as fleet fitment and distribution. They must also plan and allocate labour to optimise workflows and ensure customer satisfaction.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Operational Manager will oversee job card and invoice accuracy, vehicle and parts inventory, and cost compliance. They must also resolve daily operational and employee issues while fostering a high-performance team culture.
About You:- A minimum of 3 years' management experience in a medium-sized business with a strong background in logistics is required. Automotive industry experience is desirable.
- A full driver's licence is mandatory, and tertiary qualifications in transport, mechanical or automotive logistics are an advantage.
- Proven leadership and team management skills are essential, along with strong communication, customer service focus and ability to manage workload planning.
