Job Opportunity: Farm Office Coordinator

We are seeking a Part-Time Farm Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including safety system administration, casual staff and contractor onboarding, engaging and coordinating contractors for repair and maintenance works, liaising with external real estate inspectors, invoice processing and Accounts Payable, data entry into the farm management and finance systems, arranging training and maintaining training records and documentation, and general administration duties.

This is a hybrid role, based partly in the farm office and partly from home, three days per week. You will work closely with our Coordination and Administration Team across Australia and report to the Farm Manager.

The ideal candidate will have basic Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, outlook), be able to learn new systems quickly, possess strong attention to detail, be a team player with excellent communication skills, and hold full Australian Working Rights.
