Our client is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to join their team in a full-time, permanent role based in South of the River, Perth.

The Role

This senior leadership position involves overseeing day-to-day production operations, managing workshop teams, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of fabrication and production activities.
  • Lead and develop workshop personnel to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to streamline workflow and resolve challenges.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience as a Production Manager in the OEM mining industry.
  • Proven background in fabrication and workshop operations - trade-qualified candidates preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid understanding of safety, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising standards.
