About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Full-Time Theatre Booking Officer to join our friendly and hardworking team. The role involves effective management of all patient Private Elective Surgery Bookings and Theatre Lists, as well as undertaking various administrative activities according to hospital policies.
As a Theatre Booking Officer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders from various disciplines, both internally and externally, and engage directly with patients. To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional customer service skills, operational efficiency, well-developed oral and written communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient Private Elective Surgery Bookings and Theatre Lists efficiently
- Undertake accurate and timely data entry
- Provide high-standard customer service to patients and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively as a valued member of the team, promoting a professional and positive team culture
