We are seeking a skilled Wellbeing & Safety professional to manage a range of initiatives and ensure our wellbeing, health and safety system aligns with contemporary best practice.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage various projects to enhance our wellbeing, health and safety management system.
- Provide expert advice and support on wellbeing, health and safety legislation, regulations and solutions.
- Contribute to the implementation of our wellbeing, health and safety management system.
- Support change management and implement a new safety management system.
- Develop and implement wellbeing and safety policies, procedures and strategies.
- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent experience.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to assess effectiveness, monitor learning initiatives and enhance program delivery.
This is a 12-month temporary contract with potential extension. The role is based in Maroochydore - Sunshine Coast with competitive pay rates from $50 per hour + Super.
