**About the Role**
As a Workplace Health Consultant, you'll be the face of wellbeing on-site, delivering tailored health promotion initiatives, running group fitness sessions, providing one-on-one coaching, and supporting employees in making positive lifestyle changes. You'll help foster a healthier, more connected workplace. This is a casual position offering one day a week on-site.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver monthly health promotion activities, seminars, and challenges
- Provide individual health coaching and mentoring
- Conduct health screenings (e.g. blood pressure, glucose)
- Run group exercise classes and warm-up programs
- Create and distribute health-related communications and materials
- Build trusted relationships with employees and site stakeholders
- Report on engagement and outcomes aligned with KPIs
**What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, Occupational Therapy, or similar
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Experience in health coaching, fitness instruction, or workplace wellbeing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, engaging approach to health promotion
