Due to continued growth, we are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing business cases and advising on transaction strategies for major infrastructure projects.

About the Role

We offer a challenging opportunity for Senior Consultants, Managers, Associate Directors, and Directors to work on high-profile infrastructure projects across various sectors, including transport, energy, social infrastructure, defence, real estate, and water. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing financial models and conducting financial analysis.
  • Providing commercial advice on procurement and transaction processes.
  • Leveraging specialist knowledge in relevant infrastructure sectors.
  • Resolving complex commercial issues through negotiations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in finance, commerce, economics, or a related field, with experience in private sector or government infrastructure delivery teams, investment banking, or infrastructure funds. Your excellent written and oral communication skills, passion for delivering solutions in a dynamic environment, and ability to thrive under pressure make you an ideal fit for our team.
