This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of civil engineering projects, from transportation and utilities to urban development. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable and efficient designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design and a commitment to excellence in civil engineering. You will be responsible for managing project teams and ensuring the delivery of projects to budget, time, and quality. This will include providing technical/design expertise, assisting in the management of engineering and support staff, and supporting the development of GHD's civil consultancy.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in business development, fee proposal writing, and fee estimates. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers to assist in their development and delivery of solutions for clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent project management skills, strong communication skills, both oral and written, and demonstrated professional judgment and commercial acumen. You will also require knowledge of current civil engineering technologies, including design, modeling, and construction.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
