Job Title: Time Management Specialist
\We are seeking a skilled Time Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of aged and disability services, ensuring client preferences and needs are taken into consideration.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Assign appropriate caregivers to clients based on their skills, availability, and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain open communication with clients, caregivers, and internal teams to address scheduling changes, client requests, and other relevant information.
- Keep accurate records of client schedules, caregiver assignments, and any changes to ensure a smooth and well-documented process.
- Address scheduling conflicts and challenges promptly, finding effective and efficient solutions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Evaluate and implement processes to improve scheduling efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
\- Previous experience in time management, preferably in aged and disability services.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with aged and disability service regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficient in relevant scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
