Breakthru is proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland. This means we'll be supporting more people than ever to access employment and build lasting careers.

About The Role

You will support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a meaningful career. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will guide people through the job-readiness journey - helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their career goals.

  • Working closely with clients to plan their next career steps and providing support to find the right job.
  • Building strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.
  • Providing tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • Connecting participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
  • Collaborating with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • Meeting internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Championing inclusive practice and person-centred values.

We know our diversity makes Breakthru a great place to work and we are committed to building an inclusive workplace that reflects the people we serve. We encourage applications from all members of our community, including People with Disability, First Nations peoples, and those from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds.
