Medical Sampling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Sampling Specialist to collect blood and coordinate specimen samples from patients. As part of this role, you will provide exceptional patient care while fostering strong relationships with the local community.
You will be responsible for collecting samples with meticulous attention to detail and maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample.
This is an opportunity to work autonomously, sometimes in solo clinics, where you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as empathy towards patients.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collecting medical samples (blood and non-blood) with precision and care
- Maintaining precise records for every patient and sample
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or a healthcare background
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with high levels of empathy
- Ability to work independently in a solo clinic setting
- Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple locations
- Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency or New Zealand citizenship, or valid visa with permission to work
