Job Title: Pathology Collector

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pathology Collector. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood and non-blood samples with care and attention, keeping meticulous records for every patient and sample, and preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High level of empathy, communication, and customer service
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a solo clinic
  • Vaccine preventable disease evidence such as Hepatitis B and COVID-19 are a requirement of this role
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection would be advantageous
