About the role

Kotara Specialist Suites is seeking an experienced and friendly Medical Receptionist to join their close-knit team in Kotara, NSW. This is a part-time opportunity to work in a thriving specialist medical practice, providing essential administrative and customer service support to both patients and clinicians.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Handling patient inquiries and booking appointments efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and medical files
  • Assisting with medical billing and processing payments
  • Providing general administrative support to the practice
  • Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact sensitively with patients
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using medical software and standard office technology
  • A friendly, professional and discreet manner
  • A commitment to providing high-quality customer service
