Our client is a successful construction company across the Luxury Residential and commercial sector on projects up to $8m. They have continued to grow due to their honest and professional approach and are currently looking to bring on a Foreman.
You will be joining a business that offers an amazing work culture with honest, passionate and experienced professionals.
**The role**:
- You will be working closely with the rest of the team to ensure successful project delivery
- Organising a smooth flow of work on site on a daily basis
- Scheduling and coordination of trades
- Reading plans and working to programme
- Promoting a safe work environment
- Running Luxury Residential projects
**To be considered**:
- Have a minimum of 3+ years experience as a Foreman
- Ideally have a Carpentry background
- Good management skills
- Strong communication skills
- A strong level of ambition and motivation to succeed
- **Experience working on Luxury boutique Residential Projects is a must**
