Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Advisor

We are seeking a strategic partner to empower our team members, driving positive impact through the right technology and training. Together with colleagues, clients, and partners, you will make a lasting impression.

A trusted advisor, you will provide operational support and thought leadership on HR programs and initiatives to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing strategic plans within dedicated business groups.
  • Supporting businesses by planning and executing solutions for successful outcomes.
  • Partnering with Regional Business Group Leaders to understand business priorities and talent needs.
  • Collaborating with the People Centres of Excellence to influence HR program design.
  • Developing actions to build a high-performance culture and increase staff wellbeing and engagement.
  • Executing change plans and handling escalated Employee Relations issues.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering people advice.
  • Credible relationship management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Presentation and project management skills.

This role can be either part-time or full-time and is based in Adelaide.
